  • Prompts, AI-generated completions, activity logs

  • Feedback you submit via surveys or bug reports
c. Device & Technical Data
  • IP address (used briefly and then discarded or anonymized)
  • Browser type, OS, screen resolution
  • Time zone and location metadata (only coarse-grained)

  • We use browser storage and cookies to manage authentication, settings, and in-app preferences.
2. Why We Collect It
We collect data in order to:
  • Provide and maintain the Apper service
  • Deliver a personalized, gamified learning experience
  • Improve our AI systems and product decisions
  • Respond to support requests or bug reports
  • Fulfill legal obligations
We do not use your personal data to train external AI models. Internal AI systems may learn from anonymized and aggregated user data to improve system functionality.
3. Analytics & AI/ML Optimization
To improve the performance and reliability of Apper, we collect anonymized usage patterns and behavioral data. This helps us understand how users interact with our product, identify bugs, and enhance user experience.
In some cases, user interactions (such as prompts, click patterns, and generated outputs) may be reviewed in an aggregated and anonymized form to improve the accuracy, safety, and effectiveness of our AI systems.
We do not use your identifiable data for AI training, and we do not share this information with any third-party AI training platforms. AI/ML usage is solely for internal product development and optimization.

Apper is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that data from a minor has been collected, it will be deleted promptly.

We may revise this Privacy Policy. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated policy.
